Single Package

The cost is based on the dimension of the package which includes, height, length, width and weight. type of shipping desired, express or ground. Once we receive your package, we send you an email with the dimensions, you then use the [Ship] option to purchase your shipping label express or ground.

Consolidated Packages

Consolidated shipping cost is based upon the dimension of all the packages bundled together on a pallet and type of shipment required air express or ground.

Large Package(s)

This cost is also based upon the dimension of the large packages e.g. appliances wether bundled together or by item, wether a pallet is required or not and type of shipment required air express or ground.

Rates

We get discounted rates from all carriers which we pass on to you.

Single Package Membership

Single package membership provides you with USA based address, that allows you to ship any amount of packages per month to us, handling fees are included.

Consolidated Package Membership

This membership are for those customers who have several packages arriving daily and need them consolidated to be shipped all at once, the membership includes storage, handling and a USA based address.

Large Package Membership

Customers who require large products e.g. appliances or any type of bulk item stored then shipped by air on a monthly basis would benefit from this membership which includes the USA based address, storage and handling.

Large Package

Depending on what is required by the customer, wether to ship by air or sea, the preparation required e.g documentation, repackaging and delivery to carrier.

The Basic Subscription allows you up to three packages per month at no extra cost. The only cost you pay is the annual subscrption fee. If you exceed three packages, you would be charged US$5.00 per package. The only cost is for shipping your package at discounted rates, no storage is allowed so your package must be shipped the same day we recieve. We will notify you when we receive it with the dimensions and weight, you can then purchase your label using the [Ship] option. If the package is not shipped the same day a US$5.00 is charged for each additional day and must be paid before the item is shipped.

The Small Package Subscription allows for unlimited packages per month for a fixed monthly cost (cost of subscription). The only cost is for shipping your packages at discounted rates, no storage is allowed so your package must be shipped the same day we recieve. We will notify you when we receive it with the dimensions and weight, you can then purchase your label using the [Ship] option. If the package is not shipped the same day a US$12.00 is charged per package for each additional day and must be paid before the item is shipped.

If you have more than one package coming to be shipped out the same day, we can put all into one box, the only added cost would be the cost of the box.

The Consolidated Package Subscription allows for unlimited packages to be stored up to five days per week for a fixed monthly cost (cost of subscription). The packages must be shipped by the alloted time period. Depending on the size, the packages you the customer can decide on type of shipping required e.g. a large box or crate to be shipped by air, on a pallet. We would send you the dimensions and weight of the large box or crate, the next step is for you to go to the [Ship] option to ship at a discounted rate. If the packages not shipped with the storage period (five days) a US$12.00 is charged per package for each additional day and must be paid before the items are shipped. Extra cost included would be for example the cost of repackaging or requesting the use of a crate.

The Large Package Subscription allows for large packages e.g. appliances to be received requiring a pallet or not. Unless part of a consolidated shipment, the same rule applies as a single package, no storage is allowed so your package must be shipped the same day we receive it. We will notify you when we receive it with the dimensions and weight, you can then purchase your label using the [Ship] option. If the package is not shipped the same day a US$15.00 is charged per package for each additional day and must be paid before the item is shipped. You the customer can decide on type of shipping required e.g. ground or expedited. Extra cost included would be for example the cost of repackaging or requesting the use of a crate.

Currently we do not ship containers, our main priority and focus is packages that can be rushed / shipped by air to you.
