Service Overview**: As a package forwarding company, we act on your behalf to receive, consolidate, and ship packages from suppliers to your designated address. Upon using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.

 

1. **Processing Time**: All single package orders are processed within [1] business days [or within 24 hours] of receiving the package from supplier , customers are responsible for providing shipping label within the 24 hour timeframe. Storage fee of $5.00 per day would be applied to packages not shipped within the scheduled time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

 

2. **Shipping Time and Costs**: Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

 

3. **Delays and Errors**: We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you on time. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, carrier delays, or customs inspections can occur. We are not responsible for such delays once the package has left our possession. Tracking information will be provided to monitor the status of your delivery.
